INTERNSHIP AVAILABLE
We are looking for an eager self-starting intern, who understands the importance of thinking ahead and managing multiple projects at once. We also want someone who can handle day-to-day administrative tasks across the business across a variety of areas. Our ideal superstar is receptive to feedback, confident in their creativity and also able to brainstorm new and exciting ways for us to achieve our goals as a company.
We are looking for someone who is available on a 10-15 hr/week basis, with the intention to grow within the business. Applications accepted worldwide as long as you can work US daytime hours.
This is a unique opportunity as you’ll be working directly with Nikki while attending calls for the Ultimate Transformation Program where you’ll learn while assisting in tasks related to this and other courses.
SCOPE OF INTERNSHIP...
Do you love to organize and create systems? Are you able to swiftly and effectively implement strategies ranging from Instagram to course creation? Can you brainstorm new and exciting ways to boost community through content creation? Are you passionate about social media? Are you able to fully own your tasks without needing guidance every step of the way? If you’re a superstar when it comes to all the above, and if you’re looking for a fulfilling, expansive internship with a close-knit team around the world, we want to meet you.
WHO YOU ARE…
You are familiar with social media networks, such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and have a passion for learning and implementing trends. You know platforms such as Canva, Flodesk (or other email servers), and Kajabi. You’re not afraid of new design platforms and are able to use templates and your own eye to prepare the content we’re after. You know your way around ActiveCampaign to coordinate and implement ways to grow an email list. You have outstanding organizational skills, can multi-task on projects and you’re open to asking questions when you need clarification.
You are friendly, warm, and like to share your ideas. You love personal growth, spirituality and are always hungry for more learning. You’re punctual, organized and great at communication. You are great at working as part of a team, but also love having your own area to take the reins with! You have excellent attention to detail and always lead with solution-based thinking, rather than problem-based thinking. You consider yourself a great all-rounder.
YOUR SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES...
You will be working closely with our Executive Assistant and Founder, Nikki Sharp, to strategize and implement fresh ways to grow the business. Primarily, you’ll learn the scope of the business and implement your zone of genius to help us grow. You’ll be taking on social media responsibilities, managing scheduling, writing sessions notes from live coaching calls, and assisting with Nikki’s podcast, A Sharper Life.
THIS INTERNSHIP IS FOR YOU IF…
You have basic/intermediate experience at a minimum in what we have described, or are eager to learn in areas you are not quite proficient. You are excellent at managing multiple projects while forward thinking for each task.
We prefer someone who is familiar with Nikki’s social media, programs, and style. While you’ll be working closely with our Exec Assistant and Nikki, we are looking for someone who can really take the lead in their responsibilities and doesn’t require hand-holding. You want to grow with the business. It’s always an exciting time for Nikki Sharp’s HQ, and if you, like the rest of us, are in this for the long-haul, we invite you to apply! You know the systems outlined below and those you’re not as familiar with, you are willing to learn on your own time. We want someone who can dive right into the internship and is ready to share your knowledge and ideas!
THIS INTERNSHIP WOULD NOT BE A GOOD FIT IF…
You don’t feel confident in your ability to learn fast and get overwhelmed easily. You aren’t organized. Your written English is poor. You are already doing a ton of different things and this will just be a “filler” for you. You are often late to reply to people, weak at communication, or can disappear for days at a time. You do not have any experience whatsoever in any of the skills required. (Please DO NOT apply if you do not have experience in this field or understand Nikki’s teachings). We are looking to hire an intern which leads to a full time position. You are not able to work US time zone hours. You must be available to work 5 days a week (up to 6 during launch periods). This is a part time internship. We are looking for someone that wants to grow with us over time.
